External Sales Representative

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role of Sales Representative will be involved in both new business development and the management of existing customers. Sales targets and KPI's will be provided as well as an attractive salary package to the successful candidate.

You will possess the following attributes and will be able to perform the following duties:

    Positive outlook

    Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
    Have excellent Customer, time management and communication skills
    Receive/explain concepts or instructions clearly and simply
    Moderate level of computer literacy with familiarity of Excel

    Adhere to company reporting policies

Experience within the Construction/Industrial/Fastener Industry is essential.

Internal Sales

An opportunity has become available for a motivated and determined person to join CDA Eastland Trade Supplies, Coffs Harbour.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop their Sales Experience and Customer Service Experience and would like to take the next step in their career.

The role consists of working within the showroom and internal sales office assisting customers with their enquiries and with the purchase of products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Customer service
- Identifying client needs and assisting with selection of products
- Sales of products
- Attending to internal phone/email/fax enquiries
- Assisting in the warehouse & counter as required

Duties will include:

Counter and telephone sales across multiple product ranges
Processing sales transactions
Quoting
Stock audits and inventory
General administration and customer support
May also include store person duties; inwards receiving, dispatch stock, stock counts, pick and pack.
