To further enhance our service, we have 24/7 access to your account information. We have integrated our site with our operating software to enable you to access your account and shop within your own personalized shopping and accounts site.
The site is both informative and secure for your personal information and account payments using SecurePay, a division of Australia Post which handles the transaction in a reliable and secure manner.
For each of our customers we can provide different levels of access for different users within your company.
To allow the site to run you will be requested to download Microsoft Silverlight, it will only take a couple of minutes and is completely secure and backed by Microsoft.
Information available includes….
Order status: Your site shows all orders that we hold, in what branches, quantities and prices, allowing you to check the status of your orders LIVE!
Reprint invoices, credits and statements: Immediately after purchase these documents are available for you to print. Statements are available for the current month or as at the end of last month.
Online payments and allocations: Online payments can be made via credit card using SecurePay. Invoice payment allocations can be made and reviewed online.
Online purchasing: Unlike our public shopping cart, your integrated site allows us to provide your personal account pricing direct from our operating system ensuring your contract or special pricing is obtained.
Shopping online saves you both time and money, whilst having the freedom to shop when you want. We can provide 'Shopping Lists" or "Favourites to make your ordering fast, simple and available 24 hours a day!
