Featuring the famous Soudal range of foam fillers using the patented “Genius” trigger.
The genius trigger allows for the re-use of the canister. In the past, most foam fillers and expanding foams were almost single use due the foam hardening in the delivery tube. Not so with the genius, using the simple three step system, plug, fold and clip, the air is cut off from the foam contained in the delivery tube. The foam turns into a liquid, and falls to the bottom of the delivery tube against the plug and with the snip of a solid pair of scissors, the system us ready for use again, in fact, you can store and reuse the product for up to six weeks.
There are three different foams on display in the house, firstly there is Flexible Insulation Foam.
Description
A flexible polyurethane based expanding foam with a specially designed patented trigger mechanism ensuring precise dosage and removing the need for an additional gun. The foam cures to become fully flexible, making it the ideal insulating gap filler as it is capable to absorb the movement of the substrates without cracking. It is easy to use, can be operated with one hand and is re-usable up to 6 weeks later. Genius Gun Flexible Insulation Expanding Foam is an excellent thermal and acoustic insulator which bonds to practically all building materials such as brick, concrete, PVC, timber, insulation materials, pipes, cables, ducts, metals and many other plastics (except PP, PE, PTFE and silicones).
Expands to approximately 30 times the size of the can, moisture curing, water resistant, excellent thermal insulator (better than many other insulation materials), absorbs sound, extremely light weight once cured, fully flexible. The typical blue colour distinguishes the product from other types of PU Foams.
Applications
Insulation and filling of expansion joints, filling of joints between wall panels, filling of openings between window frames and the surrounding constructions, filling of wall cavities, holes, pipe penetrations. Perfect for improving thermal and acoustic insulation and for eliminating thermal bridges or draft. Does not affect building materials including cables and insulation panels. Can be cut, sanded, plastered or covered with a sealant once fully cured. Cover in order to protect from UV for longer life. Internal and external use.

Secondly we have, Soudabond Easy Genius Gun Foam
Description
Soudabond Easy Genius Gun is a fast curing hand held PU Adhesive with a specially designed patented trigger mechanism ensuring precise dosage and removing the need for an additional gun. It is easy to use, can be operated with one hand and is re-usable up to 4 weeks later. In addition to its strong bonding performance the adhesive will foam up to allow filling and insulation of gaps, cracks, joints and cavities.
Applications
Bonding of insulation materials. Installation and bonding of drywall panels Building of non-load bearing walls made from AAC blocks and other types of building blocks. Due to its foaming performance also suitable for filling and insulating gaps, cracks, joints and cavities. Bonding of timber subfloors to timber or metal joists. General bonding applications where a construction adhesive would normally be used.

Description

It is easy to use and can be operated with one hand. It is also re-usable up to 6 weeks later. The expansion of the foam makes it the ideal gap filler. The foam is an excellent thermal and acoustic insulator that sticks to practically all building materials such as brick, concrete, insulation materials, pipes, cables, ducts, wood, metals most plastics and polystyrene.
Expands to approximately 30 times size of can, moisture curing, water resistant, excellent thermal insulator (better than many other insulation materials), sound reducing, extremely light, champagne colour, chemically inert once cured, resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +90°C. Fast curing. Skins over in about 5 to 10 minutes depending on conditions. 3 cm bead cures in about 1 ½ hours depending on conditions. Does not shrink or expand once cured. Not UV resistant.
Application
Ideal for quick and easy filling of gaps, joints, holes, pipe penetrations,… Perfect for improving thermal and acoustic insulation and eliminating drafts or thermal bridges. Does not affect most building materials including electric cables. Can be cut, sanded, painted, plastered or covered with sealant when cured. Cover in order to protect from UV light for longer life. Internal and external use.
