PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Developed the 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX™ Pneumatic Applicator to efficiently apply 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive Duo-Pak Cartridges for easy, quick applications using a pneumatic (compressed air) connection to supply continuous pressure, enabling a fast, easy way to meter, mix, and apply two-part adhesives. Large Capacity, Precise Application. EPX, or Exact Proportion miXer makes dispensing the adhesive clean, easy, and with minimal waste. Air pressure drives the dual pistons directly into the Duo-Pak cartridge, applying equal pressure and feeding the adhesive into the mixing nozzle. The mixing nozzle mixes the two-part compound and dispenses activated adhesive. We manufacture this applicator with durable plastic and metal construction and incorporate a flow-control valve that regulates airflow into the applicator itself. Ergonomically designed pistol grip provides comfortable handling and precise control.The 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Pneumatic Applicator ensures accurate measurement, thorough mixing, and precise placement of material. Other advantages include improved mixing ratio accuracy with no hand mixing required and efficient use of adhesive.
