Hydrocell is a semi-rigid, UV resistant, cross-linked, non-absorbent, closed-cell polyethylene sheet material. Hydrocell is non-tainting and rot proof, therefore, suitable for use in conjunction with suitable joint sealants in structures for the storage of potable water.
