Primer 21 is a one component solvent based polyurethane priming system for concrete joints prior to the installation of various Nitoseal polyurethane joint sealants. Uses:Primer 21 is used to prime prepared concrete joint edges prior to the installation of various Nitoseal polyurethane joint sealants including:Nitoseal PU250,Nitoseal PU400. Primer 21 is for dry prepared concrete joint work not subjected to permanent immersion or long term dampness; Primer 13 should be considered in immersed / damp circumstances.
