- Expands to approximately 30 times size of can, moisture curing, water resistant, excellent thermal insulator (better than many other insulation materials), sound reducing, extremely light, champagne colour, chemically inert once cured, resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +90°C. Fast curing. Skins over in about 5 to 10 minutes depending on conditions. 3 cm bead cures in about 1 ½ hours depending on conditions. Does not shrink or expand once cured. Not UV resistant.
- Ideal for quick and easy filling of gaps, joints, holes, pipe penetrations,… Perfect for improving thermal and acoustic insulation and eliminating drafts or thermal bridges. Does not affect most building materials including electric cables. Can be cut, sanded, painted, plastered or covered with sealant when cured. Cover in order to protect from UV light for longer life. Internal and external use.
Polyurethane expanding foam makes the ideal gap filler. Specially designed patented trigger mechanism ensuring precise application, handgrip fits perfectly and can be easily operated with one hand. The built-in closing system with bung permits re-use of the can for up to 6-weeks.
